You join us on the 2011 crossing from the West to East Coast of Scotland during May 2011 as part of the TGO Challenge.

Thankfully we started day four with a very short walk into Invergarry from Greenfield for a nice warm dry B & B and a rest day. With spirits recharged, we headed out the following day into high winds and low visibility, over the Monadhliath Mountains to the bothy at Luib-Chonnal for another stormy windy night.

The following day we pull a 28km walk to Kinloch Laggan in pouring rain and finally collapse trying to find some kind of shelter out of the rain and wind. In this video we look at our carrying system and go through the outside pockets to give you an indication of what was stored where; Gollite Jam, Leki Makalu Carbon walking poles, gaffer tape, Drinksafe Systems water bottle, Adventure Medical Emergency Bivvy, Backpackinglight Toilet Trowel, Strapamaptome, Brunton Pocket Scope, OMM Chest Pouch, Panasonic Lumix FT3, Ultrapod, Waterproof Wallet, women’s Golite Pinnacle, Platypus hydration system.
