No 87 – Are you fit enough for the hills?

We all suffer from injuries when walking long distances carrying heavy weights. Some of us train in the gym for it and some figure we will get fit as we go along.

After talking to a variety of backpackers it seems we all suffer from similar ailments in our backs, knees and necks, so I tracked down a body specialist, Maxine Bocock to offer suggestions as to how we could minimise future health problems.
