In 2004 Shirley (Peewiglet) took 3 weeks off work, a 60 litre rucksack and a pocket full of cash and headed out from Edale in the Derbyshire Peak District for Kirk Yetholm just over the border in Scotland.
She tells us about the trip, the terrain, the gear she used and some of the people she met on way. A wonderful gentle story about crossing Wuthering Heights country and the lasting impression it made.
